Lessons in Thai

The other day, Sua told me that he was ready for the English lesson and I said that I would be right there and asked if he would ask if anyone else would like to join us (still tentative about my abilities as a teacher and not wanting anyone to feel pressured if I asked them). I figured Sua would go around and ask everyone if they would like to join us, but as I turned to go up the stairs, I heard him bellow, “STUDENTS! STUDENTS! THE TEACHER IS READY. ENGLSH. UPSTAIRS. NOW!”
